Terms of Use

Effective August 20, 2026 · Last updated August 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of EverClass, including the website, web app, and iOS app at everclass.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. The service

EverClass helps private instructors schedule lessons, keep studio policies, track tuition, and message families. Students and parents join a studio with an invite code. EverClass is a tool for running a studio. We are not a party to the teaching relationship, lesson contract, or tuition agreement between an instructor and a family, except for the instructor’s own EverClass subscription described below.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login safe. Instructors, parents, and students may have different permissions inside a studio. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you are a parent, you are responsible for a student’s use of the app that you supervise.

3. Instructor subscriptions

Students and parents use EverClass at no charge. Instructors subscribe to EverClass Monthly Subscription to run a studio in the app.

On the web, instructors may subscribe through Stripe instead of the App Store. The same monthly product applies; cancellation then happens from the membership screen or Stripe customer portal, not Apple ID settings.

If Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app, it is available at Apple’s standard EULA. These terms add the rules specific to EverClass.

4. Studio policies and tuition

Cancellation windows, makeup rules, rates, and payment handles in the app are the instructor’s studio policy, not EverClass’s. Families should read that policy before they sign it. EverClass does not collect lesson tuition. Payment apps you use outside EverClass (such as Venmo or Zelle) have their own terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe puts users or the service at risk.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of messages, files, notes, and other content you submit. You grant EverClass a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the service to your studio. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

7. Disclaimer

EverClass is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that scheduling, reminders, or payment tracking will be uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for showing up to lessons, following your own studio policy, and collecting tuition.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EverClass and Yoon Jung Huh are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for tuition disputes between instructors and families. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for EverClass in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you have not paid us.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You may stop using EverClass at any time. Instructors should cancel a subscription with Apple or Stripe to avoid further charges.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms: hello@everclass.app. The iOS app is on the App Store.
